1. Purpose of Service
Our EX4 to MQ4 service is strictly provided for educational, research, and personal development purposes. The service allows clients to better understand coding structures in order to learn, debug, or build their own trading tools.

2. Ownership & Responsibility

By using this service, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the EX4 file(s) submitted or that you have obtained explicit permission from the owner to request decompilation.

We do not accept liability for misuse of decompiled files. The responsibility for how any MQ4 file is used after delivery rests solely with the client.

3. Restrictions

This service must not be used for piracy, unauthorized redistribution, or infringement of intellectual property.

We will decline requests that clearly violate third-party rights.

4. No Guarantees

Successful decompilation depends on the structure and encryption of the EX4 file. Some files may not be fully recoverable.

While we use advanced methods, we do not guarantee 100% accurate or fully compilable MQ4 output in every case.

5. Confidentiality
All files and information shared with us remain confidential. We do not resell, redistribute, or share client files with third parties.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be completed before work begins.

Due to the digital and technical nature of this service, refunds are not possible once work has started.

If decompilation is unsuccessful, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any financial loss, damages, or disputes arising from the use of decompiled files. Clients assume full responsibility for how the MQ4 files are applied.

By engaging our service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
